Sacred Hearts School
Sacred Hearts of Jesus & Mary School was founded in 1892 as part of the established Sacred Hearts Church in Sun Prairie, WI. A member of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Madison, the school has a Pre-3 through 8th grade population of 465 students from in and around the Sun Prairie area. We are blessed to be supported by both Sacred Hearts and St. Albert the Great Parishes, with tremendous support from our parents and area community members. Welcome to the NEW SHS website! Check out the new tabs for easy access to newsletters, calendars, athletic events, and FAQs which are especially helpful to new parents. The Staff page has links to teacher blogs, assignment pages, and more. We have adopted Google Calendars to sync up with your smart phones. You can download the master calendar from the Monthly Calendar tab. This is a work in progress, so if there is anything you would like to see us add or change, we welcome your feedback! The end of the second quarter is almost here (already!). Report cards will go out to students on Friday January 27th.
Catholic Schools Week is January 29th through February 3rd! Students can look forward to some fun events during the week, including special dress up days, 8th Grade vs. Sttaff volleyball games, and of course Family Fun Night the evening of February 3rd! We will soon be posting all the events for Catholic Schools Week on the website and in the newsletters. Parents are welcome to join in the fun any of the days!
