Supply List & Wish List

Supply lists are given to families in the spring for pre-order through our "Tool Box" program for the next school year, or for purchasing before school starts for the next school year. Those utilizing the Tool Box program simply complete the form and pre-pay for their child's school supplies. Supplies are delivered to the school in time for our Back to School night at the end of August.

Teacher Wish Lists are given out a couple times a year for parents who may want to buy something for their child's classroom. Also included are items needed by the library, office, and specials teachers. Teachers update the list usually about once a semester and the list is republished for future needs.

Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary School in Sun Prairie is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Madison. Established in 1892, Sacred Hearts is one of the largest schools in the Diocese with approximately 460 students Pre-3 through 8th grade.
